[RESOLVED] Networking issues on Hydra

We are tracing a small networking issue on Hydra which may be causing some issues for users connecting with higher pings. We are working with our DCA at this time to resolve it as quickly as possible.

[IN PROGRESS] DDoS attack on NY1
Dear users,
NY1 is currently under a DDoS attack, we are working with our DCA to resolve it as quickly as possible.
UPDATE 2:11PM EST: We are still monitoring the situation however believe the majority of the attack to have been resolved.
UPDATE 4AM EST MAY 17: It appears the attack re-surfaced for approximately 30 minutes, we will continue to monitor the situation.
UPDATE 9PM EST MAY 17: We have been dealing with attacks on and off through the day. We are still working with our DCA to mitigate them as quickly as possible. We will be crediting the users for any downtime once the issue is resolved.
UPDATE 10PM EST MAY 18: We are continuing to work with our DCA to resolve the attacks, we have upgraded firewall rules and are working with new monitoring software to pinpoint the underlying source behind the attack.

[IN PROGRESS] Resource availability on FR6
Dear users,
We are currently tracing a situation where there is a resource shortage on FR6 which is causing lag to some more resource critical servers being ran on the node. We are working on offsetting this as quickly as possible to return the server to an optimal state. We will provide more updates as they are available.

[RESOLVED] Orion update issues
Dear users,
Our UK1 server (Orion) is currently having issues with its downstream network which is preventing our update utility from functioning correctly. We’re currently in talk with our DCA and are working on getting this resolved as quickly as possible, our apologies for any inconvenience.
UPDATE 4PM EST May 12: We have resolved this issue, downloads should be back to normal on this node.

Website attack / stability issues

[RESOLVED] Arizona networking issues
Dear users,
We have detected that some servers hosted in Arizona are currently experiencing networking issues. We are working with our datacenter team in AZ to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
UPDATE 7:38PM EST APR 19: We believe we have isolated this issue down to a DNS resolution conflict on the following nodes: AZ1, AZ2, AZ3. We have currently updated the DNS settings on these servers, we will continue to monitor the situation to see if this issues persists.

[COMPLETE] Automated GS restarts
We have updated our automated gameserver restart system from a “once a day on this hour” basis to an “unlimited setting with a minimum of hourly”. All users preset restarts have been removed due to this, you can adjust with the new restart system via the Settings page in your server control panel.

[COMPLETE] MySQL Server move on FR4
Dear users,
It appears that fr4 has outgrown its current MySQL server. We are moving the MySQL server which hosts all of the databases. We hope to have this completed within the next 30 - 60 minutes. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update 5:54PM The move should be complete. The new MySQL database server has roughly 1.5TB of additional available space for clients.

[RESOLVED] Elevated load on Hydra
Dear customers,
We are currently tracking a situation on Hydra which is causing a elevated load on the server and some lag issues for some players.
We have traced this error back to several inefficient MySQL database setups being ran by servers hosted on the node and are currently correcting this issue.
Update 3:34PM The control panel for Hydra is currently un-usable due to the operations we are performing, we hope to have it back within 5 - 10 minutes.
